when in the early 90ies two technics mk1210 were everything, now in 2010 it doesn’t matter what kind of media djs use:
- digital djs using traktor/serato/ableton live…
- dj-cd-player like the pioneers cdjs or classic by
- using 2 turntables
it is up to your choice.
of there stil grow up exotic dj-technics like drect mixing with the iphone. I tried this twice, but the output of the iPhone is at the time very low. So please don’t think of using it, when you play at 3 a.m. in a very loud club except you own a special preamplifier you can put between Iphone and mixer.
